About the event
In this 8-week improv class, you'll be part of an ensemble to learn and perform the long-form improv structure, Eventé.
What the heck is an Eventé?
Based on an audience suggestion, an event unfolds in the present day. Characters are then taken back in time through a series of flashbacks, exploring who they are, where they came from, and how they ended up at the event.
After jumping back-and-forth from past to present, the Eventé concludes with a run of scenes showing what happens to everyone in the future as a result of having attended the event.
Character games, story narratives, comedic premises, time-jumps, tag-outs... Eventé has it all!
