About the event
Get tickets for Howdy Stranger's annual Holiday Spectacle at the Hackensack Performing Arts Center (HACPAC) at 8:00 p.m. Friday, December 20th. Audience members are encouraged to wear festive attire and bring their holiday cheer.
Laugh all the way in this sleigh ride of a show, where six sharp-witted comedians are tasked to perform interactive games made popular by the tv show, “Whose Line is it, Anyway?” but with a seasonal twist. Since the show is entirely unscripted and made up on-the-spot, the audience will be prompted to shout their merriest ideas as inspiration for EVERY scene.
Before the night ends, the cast will present the miraculous (but mostly hilarious) improv form, “Howdy Stranger Saves Christmas,” where the players must collaborate to spontaneously create a story and resolve a crisis—suggested by the audience—in time to save the day.
Stuff your stocking with a ticket, hop on your reindeer, and fly to the HACPAC on December 20th. You’ll laugh your chestnuts off.
NOTE: Howdy Stranger shows are family-friendly, but due to the unpredictable nature of improv, parents are cautioned there may be adult themes and/or language unsuitable for young children.
