Have you ever wanted to be a mermaid, a pirate, or a bug? In “Improv for Kids,” students learn that anything can be acted out, as long as they can imagine it. Participants will learn how to work as part of a team to tell a group story, and that everyone’s ideas are important, including their own. As students portray big characters using only voice and physical movement, they will be so busy having fun, they won’t even realize they’re learning the valuable life skills of confidence, communication, focus, and awareness.
This fun and exciting class helps children: · Build confidence, creativity, and storytelling abilities · Improve communication skills · Work as a team · Respond to unexpected situations · Make new friends and have fun!
